📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct routine and special sampling programs to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Analyze and interpret laboratory data using software like QA/QC Labware and Microsoft Excel
• Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation
• Participate in regular team meetings and provide technical support to field teams
• Collaborate with metallurgical and mining teams to address quality issues
• Ensure all quality control processes adhere to international standards and company policies
• Train and mentor junior staff on quality control procedures
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in mineral quality control

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in grade control or quality assurance in the mining industry
• Strong understanding of geological and metallurgical principles
• Proficiency in using QA/QC Labware, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software
• Certification as a Competent Person (CP) in Quality Control or equivalent
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to remote mining sites
