📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct needs assessments and develop tailored educational programs for schools and communities.
• Work closely with teachers and administrators to implement and monitor educational initiatives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure a supportive learning environment at home.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices to inform program development.
• Provide professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance their teaching skills.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including schools, community leaders, and educational institutions.
• Document and report on program outcomes and impact to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in educational consulting, program development, or community engagement.
• Strong knowledge of educational theories and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using educational software and tools such as Google Classroom, Seesaw, or similar platforms.
• Certification in educational consulting or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
