In this role, you will be working with a variety of retail clients, including both local and international businesses. You will be responsible for the implementation of ERP systems, including SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics. You will work closely with our team of developers, consultants, and project managers to ensure that our clients' ERP systems are fully functional and meet their business needs. You will also be responsible for providing ongoing support and training to our clients' staff, ensuring that they are fully equipped to use and maintain their new ERP systems.

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects for retail clients, ensuring successful deployment and ongoing support.
• Work closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and implement tailored ERP solutions.
• Collaborate with our team of developers, consultants, and project managers to ensure that ERP systems are fully functional and meet client requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients' staff, ensuring they are fully equipped to use and maintain ERP systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP technologies and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to improve our clients' operations.
• Participate in project planning, budgeting, and risk management activities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, with a focus on retail solutions.
• Certifications in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
