Maintenance Supervisor - Facilities & Property Management

Velox Energy Philippines Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facilities management and property upkeep in Canggu, Bali. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead building operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our facilities.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance personnel, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and functional. You will work closely with the property management team to address any issues and implement solutions to improve the overall condition of the properties.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure all facilities are well-maintained.
• Manage a team of maintenance personnel and provide guidance and support.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify any issues or areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide regular reports on the status of maintenance activities to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or property upkeep.
• Proven experience in managing a team of maintenance personnel.
• Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Certification in Facilities Management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software such as IBM Maximo, SAP Facilities Management, or similar.
