📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and legal documents
• Provide legal advice and support for special projects and initiatives
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations
• Manage legal risks and opportunities for the corporation and its subsidiaries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal challenges and opportunities
• Stay updated on legal trends and developments in the industry
• Participate in legal training and professional development programs
• Contribute to the development and implementation of legal strategies and policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in contract law or project management
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and contract management systems
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
