🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the fintech or digital payment industry.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing efficient business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, and familiarity with payment processing software such as Midtrans or Xendit.
• Certification in operations management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of FMCG retail, general trade, and SMEs sectors.
