• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the iGaming or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.

• Familiarity with CRM tools like Zendesk and Slack.
