📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist physiotherapists in preparing and executing treatment plans.
• Manage patient records and appointment schedules using our clinic management software.
• Ensure the clinic runs smoothly by handling administrative tasks and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, answering inquiries and addressing concerns.
• Support the clinic's marketing efforts by promoting our services and scheduling new appointments.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure all operational needs are met.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical or administrative role, preferably in a physiotherapy setting.
• Proficient in using clinic management software such as Practice Better or other similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and team members.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage patient records and schedules efficiently.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in physiotherapy or related healthcare field is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
