📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve supplier relationships.
• Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify the best value suppliers.
• Maintain and update the supplier database, including supplier performance tracking and compliance monitoring.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure we get the best value for our investments.
• Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations for senior management.
• Participate in supplier audits and quality control processes to ensure compliance with our standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient procurement processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
