📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation,Review and edit documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Develop and implement documentation standards and processes,Provide training and support to internal teams on documentation tools and processes,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills,Familiarity with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Experience with software documentation,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and collaboration skills
