📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the tax department's operations to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Review and analyze tax returns to identify potential issues and discrepancies.,Coordinate with internal teams and external tax authorities to resolve tax-related matters.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial performance.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of tax compliance and accuracy.,Stay updated with the latest tax laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.,Prepare and present tax reports to management and stakeholders.,Ensure all tax documentation is accurate, complete, and filed on time.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in tax software and accounting systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
