📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute pastry recipes to meet customer requirements and company standards.,Ensure high-quality food products by maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure consistent quality and service.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to ensure smooth operations.,Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food production.,Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment by following health and safety regulations.,Participate in regular quality checks and audits.,Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in pastry making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of creating and executing high-quality pastry recipes.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international food trends and techniques.,Possession of a relevant culinary degree or certification is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
