📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.,Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.,Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure efficient operations.,Implement and manage security measures to protect the company's data and systems.,Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of IT services.,Train and mentor junior IT staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support and management roles.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.,Proficiency in IT security measures and best practices.,Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.
