📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
  • Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Develop and implement new IT solutions and technologies.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT systems align with business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and best practices.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior IT staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, including servers, networks, and workstations.
  • Experience with IT security and data protection measures.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
  • Certifications in IT (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
