📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive GTM strategies to drive market penetration and customer acquisition in the refrigeration category.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and industry partners.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the refrigeration industry.,Manage and oversee the sales and marketing teams to ensure they are aligned with the overall GTM strategy.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of GTM initiatives.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of GTM strategies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements in the refrigeration sector.,Represent Talent Trader Group at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and network with key players.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in GTM roles, with a focus on the refrigeration industry.,Proven track record of successful market penetration and customer acquisition strategies.,Strong understanding of the refrigeration market, including products, technologies, and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia, for this role.
