QUILL Nusantara is seeking a talented and experienced Finance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting the company's growth. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial data.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Support the finance team in financial planning and analysis.,Provide financial advice and guidance to other departments as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
