📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Food Science, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the food industry or a related field.,Proven track record of managing teams and processes effectively.,Strong understanding of food safety and quality standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and project management tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
