📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of staff, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement training programs to improve staff performance and knowledge.,Oversee shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.,Resolve customer complaints and conflicts in a professional and timely manner.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in the development and implementation of the company's service standards and procedures.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.,Provide feedback and coaching to team members to help them grow and develop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of coffee and food service industry best practices.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
