📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
  • Manage a team of store operators, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure that all sales targets are met and exceeded.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience.
  • Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Manage store budgets and ensure that all expenses are within budget.
  • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Knowledge of retail software and point of sale systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
