📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and optimize our procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
• Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to ensure we have access to a diverse range of products and services.
• Ensure compliance with all purchasing policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Analyze purchasing data to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Lead and mentor junior purchasing staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes to support the company's financial planning.
• Represent the company at supplier meetings and negotiations as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in using purchasing software and systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian market and regulations.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
