🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Proficient in SQL with experience in querying and analyzing databases.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira for IT service management.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• ITIL certification is a plus.
