📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Ensure the accuracy of sales records and financial transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to all clients.,Handle cash deposits and withdrawals as required.,Manage and maintain cash registers and related equipment.,Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using basic office software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to work both in the office and remotely in a hybrid setting.
