📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's vision and goals
• Design and maintain HR policies and procedures
• Lead organizational development initiatives to improve team performance
• Manage the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ensure data accuracy
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze results
• Partner with department heads to create development plans for teams
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills
• Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5-8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on organizational development
• Certification in HR management or a related field (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred)
• Proficient in HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
