📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the Transit Hotel, KTV, and Nightclub, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage a team of 100+ employees, providing leadership and support to ensure a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain guests, driving revenue growth.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability through effective cost control and revenue management.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain high-quality standards and negotiate favorable terms.
• Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement to enhance the guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a multi-concept entertainment venue.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a hospitality or entertainment business.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Knowledge of industry trends, technology, and best practices in hospitality and entertainment.
• Understanding of financial management and budgeting, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
