📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Visit assigned customers to collect outstanding payments.,Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions.,Follow up with customers to resolve any issues or delays in payments.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Submit regular reports on collection activities and progress.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies in payments.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the collection process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1-2 years of experience in field collection or a related role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Good understanding of financial and accounting principles.,Familiarity with the use of basic office software and tools.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
