📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Assist with food and beverage service, including table setting, bussing, and wait service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Follow and uphold company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, food safety and hygiene standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Stay updated on menu items and special promotions to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Participate in training and development programs to improve service skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 6 months of experience in hospitality or related fields, preferably in a resort or restaurant setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with food and beverage service procedures, including table service, bussing, and wait service.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and environments.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• Fluency in English is a plus, but local language proficiency is not required.
