📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and vehicle maintenance schedules.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and drivers.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory).,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must.
