PT Pilar Nusantara is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Banquet Staff to join our team in Canggu, Bali. As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of banquet events, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and suppliers.,Prepare and set up banquet facilities, including tables, chairs, and decorations.,Assist in the preparation of food and beverages, ensuring they are served promptly and in good condition.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information and ensuring their comfort throughout the event.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure all event details are executed according to the plan.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, including proper disposal of waste.,Assist in the cleanup and reset of banquet facilities after the event.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in hospitality, events, or banquet services is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with basic event planning and coordination.,Knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
