📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Prepare and maintain inventory of ingredients.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Handle customer complaints and feedback related to food quality.,Assist in special events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
