📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and supervising daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Coordinate with team members to achieve departmental and company goals.,Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct regular meetings and provide feedback to team members.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
