In this role, you will be responsible for managing our affiliate marketing programs and coordinating with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) to ensure the success of our campaigns. You will work closely with our marketing team to track performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize affiliate marketing programs using platforms such as CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising, and ShareASale.
• Coordinate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) to promote our products and services.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Create and maintain detailed reports on campaign performance and affiliate sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
• Monitor and manage affiliate payouts and ensure timely payments to our affiliates.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and affiliate marketing.
• Provide support to the marketing team in managing and optimizing our online advertising campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing affiliate marketing programs and working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in using affiliate marketing platforms such as CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising, and ShareASale.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
