📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.,Monitor and track client accounts to ensure they meet or exceed performance targets.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.,Prepare and present regular reports on client performance and sales activities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions.,Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and build relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the dental industry.,Strong understanding of dental products, services, and market trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
