Taspen Abadi Sentosa is seeking a dedicated and passionate Taspen Life Relation Officer (TLRO) to join our team in Jayapura, Papua. This role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships with our policyholders and ensuring their needs are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and a deep understanding of the Taspen products and services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to policyholders and assist them with their queries and concerns.,Maintain and build strong relationships with policyholders to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Promote and explain the benefits of Taspen products and services to policyholders.,Assist in the collection and processing of premium payments from policyholders.,Provide information and guidance on the claims process to policyholders.,Conduct regular follow-ups with policyholders to ensure their policies are up-to-date and in good standing.,Assist in the organization and coordination of policyholder meetings and events.,Provide regular reports on policyholder interactions and feedback to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.,Strong understanding of the Taspen products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Ability to travel to remote areas in Papua as needed.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
