📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure that documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly,Create tutorials, how-to guides, and other educational materials to help users get the most out of our products,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing,Work with designers and developers to ensure that technical documentation is integrated with other aspects of our products,Provide support to customers and users by answering technical questions and resolving issues

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,3+ years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong writing and editing skills, with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and conciseness,Experience with technical documentation tools and platforms, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Experience with remote work is a plus
