Cloud Nest Jaya is seeking a talented and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be able to work effectively in a remote environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.,Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.,Handle employee benefits and compensation, ensuring fair and equitable practices.,Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement.,Support the HR team in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends is a plus.
