📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading the tax department, overseeing all tax-related activities and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Developing and implementing tax strategies to minimize tax liability and optimize tax efficiency.
• Preparing and filing accurate and timely tax returns for the company.
• Managing and mentoring junior tax officers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
• Staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and advising the company on any potential tax implications.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all tax-related matters are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensuring all tax-related documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Representing the company in tax-related matters, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• A degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a tax-related role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Knowledge of accounting software and tax preparation tools is a plus.
