In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing laboratory operations, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory techniques and a proven track record of leadership in a technical environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols.,Perform and interpret laboratory tests and analyses.,Train and mentor junior staff on laboratory procedures and safety measures.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Conduct quality control checks and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.,Manage inventory of laboratory supplies and equipment.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a strong background in analytical techniques.,Proven leadership experience in a technical or laboratory environment.,Certifications in relevant laboratory techniques and safety protocols are a plus.,Strong knowledge of laboratory software and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
