📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle inquiries, reservations, and check-ins/outs efficiently and accurately.
• Manage front desk operations, including guest registration, billing, and payment processing.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including guest records and documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor front desk activities and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Lead and supervise front desk staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of local regulations and procedures is a plus.
