📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's vision and goals
- Design and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Lead organizational development initiatives to improve team performance
- Manage the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ensure data accuracy
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze results
- Partner with department heads to create development plans for teams
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills
- Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on organizational development
- Certification in HR management or a related field (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred)
- Proficient in HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
