📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and training and development.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Lead and manage the recruitment process to attract and hire top talent.,Maintain positive employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.,Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.
