📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and call on retail outlets, supermarkets, and other key distribution points to promote and sell our products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers.
• Negotiate favorable terms and ensure our products are prominently displayed and stocked.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the sales team.
• Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with sales tools such as CRM systems and data analysis software.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
