📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing concerns and providing excellent service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Coordinate with the head office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle cash handling and financial transactions accurately.,Participate in store promotions and events to drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian retail market and industry trends.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
