📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing daily menus.,Oversee the kitchen operations and ensure compliance with food safety standards.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and procurement of ingredients.,Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Collaborate with the restaurant manager to ensure smooth daily operations.,Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's certificate or equivalent.
